Our cooperation with Deutsche Medizinische Union was accidental and at first it was difficult to trust, but we had to because of the child's cancer. The medical specialist Michael recommended Helios Clinic in Berlin and we were treated there. We were always in touch with the logistics specialist Pauline who helped us to solve all our questions during and after treatment. We were especially surprised when Pauline told us that we still had an overpayment after our treatment and the clinic wants to return it, and we did get that overpayment.I would like to thank Polina and Elena Tkach who helped us in the clinic to find a common language with German doctors.Thanks to everyone who helped us. In August 2019, I underwent two hip replacement surgeries, which went as perfectly as possible, in addition to a two-week rehabilitation course at the same clinic. Through this agency I was able to find a clinic with a high level of service and, most importantly, where they seem to know how to solve our problem. It would have been difficult for me to find the right clinic on my own.The answers to my inquiries were quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone I know.

I have a double impression of how the services were provided to me. On the one hand the qualification of the specialists in the clinic is above all praise, they corrected my diagnosis, prescribed medications and helped me very quickly. I had been suffering for a year before. Gastroscopy was better than in Israel and South Korea. On the other hand, in a separate center where they did a checkup we didn't get an ECG alone, though they promised in the documents, and have been translating the results and recommendations for 3 months. The last time I was told they gave it to me for transfer in January. Still no results. Although I repeat, all this was promised. So, I can definitely recommend clinics near Berlin, they are top-notch professionals, but I wouldn't recommend doing a checkup, at least I won't do it again.

The staff recommended the clinic based on our situation, visa support, recommendations for relocation in Germany - everything was received in full. I was operated on at Helios Clinic in Krefeld with a diagnosis of grade 3 hemorrhoids. The operation was successful (without excision, with fixation of the hemorrhoids to the intestinal wall). On the third day I was discharged from the hospital. The patient went to work after 6 days. During the first 3 weeks I had discomfort after a visit to the toilet. It is bearable. From personal experience: I recommend you to take OptiFibre from Nestle (also Germany) in addition to the diet.
