I would like to express my gratitude to Deutsche Medizinishe Union and its employees Leonid and Samir for organizing my husband's treatment. Everything was organized very fast and of high quality. Being in Berlin without knowing the German language we felt very comfortable thanks to Anna's interpreter. Today my husband is in perfect health after the surgery and he fulfilled all the recommendations of Dr. Tesman to whom we owe a special thanks. When you find out that you have cancer, your life and the life of your family are divided into "before" and "after. Yes, it seems that you don't live at all: you just go somewhere for something, do something, say something to someone. And in your head there is a chaos of thoughts and fears and worries. Thank God, we managed to "get acquainted" with Deutsche Medizinische Union at that terrible time. Many thanks to the senior coordinator-physician Michael Tsava who calmly and confidently said that, yes, the situation is not easy, we need serious treatment, but then life goes on. Mikhail assured me that the company will do everything possible for the best and most effective treatment. We received, in my opinion, a complete consultation about the clinics, doctors and the cost of treatment. Michael patiently, competently answered hundreds of our questions and was available almost around the clock. With the help of DMU I underwent two courses of radioiodine therapy at HELIOS Klinikum Berlin-Buch. I am very satisfied both with the conditions of my stay and the attitude of the entire medical staff at the clinic. The treatment fees are transparent and clear: the clinic gives you a detailed invoice with details of how much each treatment costs. At the end of treatment the clinic made a recalculation and we got a part of money back. I would also like to thank Samir, DMU's patient support worker, who was able to quickly and efficiently arrange my second course of radioiodine therapy in difficult circumstances during the coronavirus pandemic. And I would like to express special immense gratitude to the translator Alena Tkach. She is a great human being. Alena is not just an interpreter: she came, worked and left. She treats every patient like a loved one. Even though this job is a huge moral effort, Alyona can always find words of support, and her optimism is a must in these situations. And it is very important to know that being in a foreign country in a difficult time for you, you know who you can turn to for help and advice, you know that you are not alone with your problem.Once again, thank you very much to all the employees of Deutsche Medizinische Union for your work.

I would like to express my gratitude to the specialists of Deutsche Medizinische Union. In April 2021, in a difficult time of pandemics, coronovirus and lockdowns, I needed a knee replacement surgery for my indications. By chance I turned to Deutsche Medizinische Union to organize my trip and I have not regretted a single second. First, in the shortest time, a specialist Maria (unfortunately I do not know the names of all the people with whom I was fortunate enough to talk during this period) gave me options of hospitals in Germany, helped me prepare documents, choose the final option of the clinic (I later realized that in my situation it was the best decision) and to prepare all documents for the trip. The rest of the time throughout the trip I was advised, accompanied and helped me in solving all questions Samir. For him I have separate words of gratitude. Even though we (unfortunately) had not met face to face, I always felt that I could solve any problems with his help. I will just say that when in the process of my travel to the clinic a very difficult situation arose that could either greatly delay the main task, or cancel it altogether, Samir did not remain indifferent to the situation, acted as a true professional, found probably the only right solution in this situation, which made it possible for me to get to surgery on time. A special thanks to the translator Boris for his professionalism as an interpreter, and not indifferent to my individual requests and help to solve them. In general, once again, a huge thank you to everyone, and I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs the services provided by this company

I was pleased with Deutsche Medizinische Union: they responded quickly to my application (in contrast to the other two companies I had sent applications to at the same time), offered me the Helios clinic in Kreffeld, which I was very satisfied with, and promptly agreed on treatment dates. The communication with the clinic was very good and very informative.The facilities are very good. The staff are friendly and smiling. My English is poor and I don't speak German at all. My English was enough for everyday communication, but in the evening when the surgeon came to talk about the operation, he called the Russian-speaking nurse to improve communication.About the treatment: I had a knee arthroscopy for a meniscus rupture. Suffice it to say one thing about the treatment: I walked around Dusseldorf 3 days after the surgery and had a "light" shopping trip, and on the fourth day I had a six-hour flight.I would like to mention particularly the work of anaesthesiologists. The anesthesia was excellent. It was like I fell asleep for 5 minutes and then woke up without any discomfort (the surgery lasted over an hour). In general the organisation of work is very different from that in Russia for the better.Now half a year has passed after the surgery and my knee is as good as new.

I contacted DMU regarding the selection of a clinic for examination and treatment. My impressions of the services rendered by the company and communication with its representatives were very positive. I was offered treatment at Helios Clinic, Berlin. Examinations and surgeries were performed at the highest level and the environment was excellent. Special thanks to Prof. Mark Schrader, who performed the operation. I was living a healthy lifestyle, doing ""chess"" like a normal person. Time was short, I had to react quickly and correctly. Such thoroughness, detail, careful tact and confidence, I simply have never heard.In my desperate state I started looking for a clinic in Germany (special thanks to my employer and my friend for the financial and moral support). I compared several clinics and chose DMU and Helios. The main criteria were good reviews, competent representatives and competitive prices. Very important is also a very good experience in the area I am interested in. Helios Krefeld for me turned out to be the best not only in expectation, but also in practice, in all the smallest details.A special thank you to the two lovely girls Julia and Maria. The orthopedic surgeon was professional to the core, passionate about his work, even a commercial patient was for him primarily a patient, not a source of income. I read the description of the operation, he remembered and implemented the wishes of the patient (I was very afraid of dislocation of the joint after surgery and he put the prosthesis to ensure maximum range of motion). The surgery was very easy (even though I had a fibula), postoperative period, too; the joint feels very familiar to me now. Financially everything was as honest as possible (after the surgery, we recalculated everything and returned 25% of the money paid). Thank you to the doctor, hospital and treatment company for everything.
