The visit to the clinic was due to an operation to remove thyroid cancer, a man of 63 years. We thank doctor Martin Shtrik and the entire team, the timing of the operation was in accordance with the agreement, the team works smoothly and clearly. The attitude to the patients of all department staff and the clinic is very friendly and caring. The entire process was organized by Mikhail, Maria and Oleg. Marina has been very helpful: she translates synchronously, quickly, does not miss a thing when translated, knows all the special terms, quickly resolving issues with staff. We are not used to the absence of one attending doctor, daily rounds do another doctor. Thank you all for the surgery.

Thank you to all the staff at the hospital for the examinations and treatment, all the examinations and surgeries were quick and efficient and a lot of thanks to Dr. Michael Bartels and Dr. Tatjana Hindensperger. We flew to Krefeld to do arthroscopy with cartilage repair for a hip joint that had been injured in an accident. Everything is of the highest standard, the staff is polite and courteous. Nutrition in the hospital, of course, is not good for athletes, but in general - they will not let you die of hunger. However, you should take into account that this is Germany (salt, sausage and everything). And yes, there was a hitch when placing in a room as a guest companion. After paying at the front desk for everything I needed (including meals), I got one fizaline and one hard-boiled egg for breakfast for three days. 😂😂😂😂 Anyway, someone didn't follow through and get me into the program. As a result, the kind-hearted staff fed me whatever they could during the day, for which I thank them very much. A lot of Russian speaking and understanding English, so even an interpreter was not really needed, as it turned out.

I would like to express my gratitude to Deutsche Medizinishe Union and its employees Leonid and Samir for organizing my husband's treatment. Everything was organized very fast and of high quality. Being in Berlin without knowing the German language we felt very comfortable thanks to Anna's interpreter. Today my husband is in perfect health after the surgery and he fulfilled all the recommendations of Dr. Tesman to whom we owe a special thanks. I was in the Helios Privatkliniken for the removal of a tumour on my kidney. The surgery was performed by Professor Mark Schrader, everything went well, for which I express my gratitude to him and his assistants during the surgery.
