I took my wife to Helios in Leipzig for an operation. Yes, not cheap, but well worth it. I have already had an operation in Germany in another city and in another clinic. But I can't imagine anything better than what we had here. Excellent clinic, professional and attentive staff - from head doctor Sergey Leontev and surgeon Dr. Papp to the doctors, nurses and technicians on site. Excellent personal management from Michael Zaav and Maria Shlykova. The treatment method and the operation were chosen very gently and proved to be extremely effective, and the shoulder function was restored almost immediately afterwards. Both pre- and post-surgical anaesthesia allowed us to avoid any pain. We stayed in a separate room for two of us - it was much bigger than a hotel room, and the food was simply amazing - we travel all over the world and visited various restaurants, but we had never seen such a choice of tasty meals with such large portions. We were also surprised by the free regime of stay: walks are allowed, entrance to the clinic is free. Sanitary processing of the rooms and visitors, as well as staff, is at the highest level. Certainly, I will recommend Helios clinic to those who need cardiovascular treatment, orthopedic problems solving (joints changing and "repairing", etc.). And I would definitely recommend DMU for consultations and travel arrangements.

I would like to thank all the employees of the Deutsche Medizinische Union for their help and support in arranging my treatment at the Helios Caecilien-Hospital Huels. In August 2019, I underwent two hip replacement surgeries, which went as perfectly as possible, in addition to a two-week rehabilitation course at the same clinic. At the beginning of December, we had a detailed chek up in Berlin with the help of the DMU. The initial plan was to undergo all medical procedures in October, but due to the fact that the patients were from Dushanbe (Tajikistan), there were difficulties in obtaining a German visa. As a result, the plan and schedule of medical examinations were changed several times, medical documents and invitations had to be reworked. Thanks to the support of DMU (Maria Shlykova was very grateful) the embassy accepted all the documents and the German visa was issued.In Germany, everything went smoothly, all examinations were held on schedule. We used an interpreter kindly provided by DMU to communicate with German doctors (for a fee).All in all very satisfied!!!

In September 2019 my little girl was operated on at the Helios Clinic in Erfurt.We applied to many clinics in many countries, nobody wanted to operate on our child, arguing that the child has many serious comorbidities. Only Helios clinic in Germany reacted positively. Feedback on Helios Kreifeld Düsseldorf.I had an exostosis on my hip joint removed. Everything went according to the pre-planned schedule.This was helped by a well prepared work by myself and the International department in Dr. Nuraldin and the logistics office.The surgery itself was good (I had two exostoses removed one quite large 9 by 4 cm) and now after 20 days, I feel fully recovered. However, I am sticking to the recommendation not to play sports.A very special thank you to Dr. Kraft for a well done surgery!By the way, the surgery was priced at $23,000 in Israel, which is double the price of Helios.

In winter 2018, I decided to have arrhythmia treatment in Germany. Kirill Kalistratov supervised the organization of the trip. With his help, I was selected the best clinic in the city of Leipzig. In April 2019, I was operated in Helios clinic. I rate the organization of the trip and the treatment as excellent. My worries were in vain. Wonderful clinic, great helpful doctors and nurses. We also had a very good diet and excellent care. Thank you very much to the cardiac surgeon S. Richter and Prof. S. Leontjev.

The orthopedic surgeon was professional to the core, passionate about his work, even a commercial patient was for him primarily a patient, not a source of income. I read the description of the operation, he remembered and implemented the wishes of the patient (I was very afraid of dislocation of the joint after surgery and he put the prosthesis to ensure maximum range of motion). The surgery was very easy (even though I had a fibula), postoperative period, too; the joint feels very familiar to me now. Financially everything was as honest as possible (after the surgery, we recalculated everything and returned 25% of the money paid).
