When you find out that you have cancer, your life and the life of your family are divided into "before" and "after. Thank God, we managed to "get acquainted" with Deutsche Medizinische Union at that terrible time. Many thanks to the senior coordinator-physician Michael Tsava who calmly and confidently said that, yes, the situation is not easy, we need serious treatment, but then life goes on. Mikhail assured me that the company will do everything possible for the best and most effective treatment. We received, in my opinion, a complete consultation about the clinics, doctors and the cost of treatment. Michael patiently, competently answered hundreds of our questions and was available almost around the clock. With the help of DMU I underwent two courses of radioiodine therapy at HELIOS Klinikum Berlin-Buch. I am very satisfied both with the conditions of my stay and the attitude of the entire medical staff at the clinic. The treatment fees are transparent and clear: the clinic gives you a detailed invoice with details of how much each treatment costs. At the end of treatment the clinic made a recalculation and we got a part of money back. I was operated on at Helios Clinic in Krefeld with a diagnosis of grade 3 hemorrhoids. The operation was successful (without excision, with fixation of the hemorrhoids to the intestinal wall). On the third day I was discharged from the hospital. The patient went to work after 6 days. During the first 3 weeks I had discomfort after a visit to the toilet. It is bearable. From personal experience: I recommend you to take OptiFibre from Nestle (also Germany) in addition to the diet. As always, trouble comes suddenly! I started to lose my eyesight suddenly. There was a question how to get to Germany for treatment, how much it will cost, how to get a visa quickly? After some monitoring on the Internet, found phone numbers that offer help, but I was afraid, standing on the stakes were health, and even life, as pressure in the eye could lead to irreparable consequences. The trip to our clinic was quick as we stayed with a friend and the accompanying person and the ambulance was taken very quickly. The manager was in constant contact with us and we were given a very good time. We were contacted by doctors in Düsseldorf who referred us to the Fertility Center Berlin for a consultation.The attitude of the nursing staff, the service and the consultation with Prof. Kentenich were excellent. After the tests and examinations he answered the questions that we had missed for a year.We were prescribed medication that should increase fertility. Even though it is too early to talk about the results, I would like to express my gratitude for his professionalism.
