I would like to thank DMU employees Maria and Anton.We arranged the initial appointment very quickly. I was very quick, because I was already in urgent need of surgical intervention. I already had a Schengen visa.We had an interpreter at the clinic provided by DMU. He obviously had worked there before, and he knew very well what to do and where to go. Without his help the process of getting the patient to the hospital would have been much longer.We thank our Doctor Prof. Michael Friedrich and his doctor Jörg Stunneck. They solved the problem that the doctors in Russia did not know what to do with. Their treatment was top-notch; they watched us regularly several times a day and even on weekends.After we received the discharge from the clinic, DMU employees translated the document into Russian very quickly.And the biggest thank you for the help with the following situation. On the way back we forgot our backpack on the train. It was already evening, the next morning we had a plane to Russia. In the backpack were all credit cards, all cash and all the passports. Thanks to Maria we got the backpack and flew home safely on our flight.Thank you very much for your work!

Thank you so much, Julia, Masha and Martin.In December 2018 I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. For me it was not just a shock, but a cruel blow of fate. I was living a healthy lifestyle, doing ""chess"" like a normal person. Time was short, I had to react quickly and correctly. No offense will be taken, but for me it was certainly about finding a clinic in Germany. I had to work with Germans and I could not understand the secret of their success in almost any case. Only later a picture emerged. It is a healthy perfectionism, order in the head and diligence. I would like to mention my attending surgeon, Professor Martin, 1 need not mention his last name, I believe that such people should be known by name. Yes, I see you have already found this wonderful man. Such thoroughness, detail, careful tact and confidence, I simply have never heard.In my desperate state I started looking for a clinic in Germany (special thanks to my employer and my friend for the financial and moral support). I compared several clinics and chose DMU and Helios. The main criteria were good reviews, competent representatives and competitive prices. Very important is also a very good experience in the area I am interested in. Helios Krefeld for me turned out to be the best not only in expectation, but also in practice, in all the smallest details.A special thank you to the two lovely girls Julia and Maria. I was amazed at their documentary quickness. Sorry for the office poetry, I just can't find another definition. From the first moment of acquaintance they struck me with the quality and speed of interaction. I just formulated questions and the answers were already in the mail. I am very grateful to them for their psychological support and attentiveness. I was in the Helios Privatkliniken for the removal of a tumour on my kidney. The surgery was performed by Professor Mark Schrader, everything went well, for which I express my gratitude to him and his assistants during the surgery. I would like to say a special thank you to my interpreter Vitaly who was always there to help me during the surgery.The clinic has all conditions for successful treatment and rehabilitation, attentive staff, comfortable environment, large café on the ground floor.

I would like to thank DMU staff for the excellent organization of my treatment in Germany at Helios Berlin-Buch. Everything was at a high professional level - selection of a doctor for my profile, all organizational issues, interpreter services and transfers. Thank you to Prof. Dr. Per-ulph Tunn for the excellent heart surgery. I had a successful follow up treatment at the Department of Radiation Oncology with Prof. Robert Krempin. DMU also arranged for me to come for a follow-up visit with all the necessary examinations. I thank the coordinator Maria for her excellent work and attention. A huge thank you to the interpreter Alena Tkach for her professionalism and sensitivity to their wards. I plan to have other medical examinations with help of DMU. We would like to express our gratitude to the DMU staff for their prompt assistance! Professional approach and quick solution to our health problems. The situation was critical and we quickly found a clinic and the best professor - maxillofacial surgeon, who we are extremely grateful to! They provided us with full support, gave us answers to all our questions, and the DMU staff was always helpful, caring and interested in solving our problems. The girls work very well. When our daughter (3.5 years old) needed heart surgery and couldn't get to a hospital we called anywhere we could. As a result we got to DMU. Registration on the website, short description of the problem and we got a call from the best clinics in Germany. There is no point in describing the situation for a long time, they are very precise, the offers are worthy and there is a lot to choose from. We decided to undergo treatment in Leipzig and we did not regret one bit. Overall, I can highly recommend! Thank you for everything!

I would like to thank all the staff in the Cardiac Rhythm Recovery Unit of the Hospital Leipzig for their sensitive and attentive attitude and promptness in solving all problems. On 25 February my husband underwent radiofrequency ablation to restore heart rhythm. He is recovering now and is slowly coming back to an active life. Doctor Sergio Richter who performed the surgery and the head of the clinic Sergey Leontev visited our hospital room after the surgery and explained to us how the surgery was, and what steps to take for further recovery. Special thanks to the coordinator of Deutsche Medizinische Union Nuraltdin who helped us to organize trip and make AHF treatment (it could not have been done any later because of epidemiologic situation), was always in touch with us and is following up his treatment now, interpreter Larisa, medical nurse Tamara.
