I took my wife to Helios in Leipzig for an operation. Yes, not cheap, but well worth it. I have already had an operation in Germany in another city and in another clinic. But I can't imagine anything better than what we had here. Excellent clinic, professional and attentive staff - from head doctor Sergey Leontev and surgeon Dr. Papp to the doctors, nurses and technicians on site. Excellent personal management from Michael Zaav and Maria Shlykova. The treatment method and the operation were chosen very gently and proved to be extremely effective, and the shoulder function was restored almost immediately afterwards. Both pre- and post-surgical anaesthesia allowed us to avoid any pain. We stayed in a separate room for two of us - it was much bigger than a hotel room, and the food was simply amazing - we travel all over the world and visited various restaurants, but we had never seen such a choice of tasty meals with such large portions. We were also surprised by the free regime of stay: walks are allowed, entrance to the clinic is free. Sanitary processing of the rooms and visitors, as well as staff, is at the highest level. Certainly, I will recommend Helios clinic to those who need cardiovascular treatment, orthopedic problems solving (joints changing and "repairing", etc.). And I would definitely recommend DMU for consultations and travel arrangements.

I would like to share my experience of treatment in Germany. My husband was diagnosed with sigmoid diverticulitis, his intestinal problems started about 15 years ago. Well, in 2018 the question of resection came up. Naturally, if finances allow, it is better to do it in Germany, Israel or Turkey. We had a consultation with doctors from these countries. I think that we would have had the same good result everywhere. In Turkey it would have been cheapest, somewhere around 10000 Euro. Israel has announced the price of 25000, but our Jewish brothers were ready to haggle, up to 22000 for a stay in a double ward. The best option was offered by Germany. The cost of the treatment was 15000 Euro. And while the prices in Israel are the same everywhere, in Germany it all depends on the clinic. We chose Helios Clinic in Leipzig. On the basis of this clinic there is a private department for those who like comfort. It is a 5-star hotel. Professor Bartels operated on us. I stayed in a room with my husband. The environment is perfect. The clinic is perfect and the staff is very good. We were picked up at the airport in Berlin by a Russian-speaking driver and taken to the clinic where an interpreter helped us with the paperwork. We didn't have any language skills, believe me there were no problems at all. To communicate with the staff through an interpreter on the phone. No problems. And in the end - my husband is a healthy person now. I do not believe that one year ago our doctors predicted his life with a stoma (intestine on the belly) in Germany, doctors made laporoscopy, the operation is reminded of only three small punctures.

LU-177 treatment at the Helios Berlin-Buch Clinic. The organization of the treatment was done in a short time. The staff recommended the clinic based on our situation, visa support, recommendations for relocation in Germany - everything was received in full. Doctors and clinic staff were very attentive to our patients. It is very convinient that you can get full range of services in one place. It is especially important for people who come for treatment. Our course of treatment will be long and I am sure that we will continue to receive qualified help throughout.

I contacted DMU regarding the selection of a clinic for examination and treatment. My impressions of the services rendered by the company and communication with its representatives were very positive. I was offered treatment at Helios Clinic, Berlin. Examinations and surgeries were performed at the highest level and the environment was excellent. Special thanks to Prof. Mark Schrader, who performed the operation. I was accompanied by our representative Vitaly during my stay in Berlin. I am very grateful to him for his help and exceptional attention to my requests and wishes. Our cooperation with Deutsche Medizinische Union was accidental and at first it was difficult to trust, but we had to because of the child's cancer. The medical specialist Michael recommended Helios Clinic in Berlin and we were treated there. We were always in touch with the logistics specialist Pauline who helped us to solve all our questions during and after treatment. We were especially surprised when Pauline told us that we still had an overpayment after our treatment and the clinic wants to return it, and we did get that overpayment.I would like to thank Polina and Elena Tkach who helped us in the clinic to find a common language with German doctors.Thanks to everyone who helped us. I received the necessary surgical treatment at Helios in LeipzigThe German doctors did what they could not do in Russia and I was able to fly home within a couple of days after the surgery.I was extremely satisfied with the clinic and the doctors and the customer service.They were very clear and very fast.Thank you so much for that.
