In August 2019, I underwent two hip replacement surgeries, which went as perfectly as possible, in addition to a two-week rehabilitation course at the same clinic. In the difficult situation of COVID-19 we received a quick response, a clear, fast organization of the arrival at the clinic Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig and the start of treatment. Highly professional medical care is combined in this clinic with an attentive, caring attitude. The attending physician continues to advise and guide the patient even after his return home. Thank you very much to all the staff at the clinic: doctors first, nurses, logistics department, interpreters.

I would like to thank DMU employees Maria and Anton.We arranged the initial appointment very quickly. I was very quick, because I was already in urgent need of surgical intervention. I already had a Schengen visa.We had an interpreter at the clinic provided by DMU. He obviously had worked there before, and he knew very well what to do and where to go. Without his help the process of getting the patient to the hospital would have been much longer.We thank our Doctor Prof. Michael Friedrich and his doctor Jörg Stunneck. They solved the problem that the doctors in Russia did not know what to do with. Their treatment was top-notch; they watched us regularly several times a day and even on weekends.After we received the discharge from the clinic, DMU employees translated the document into Russian very quickly.And the biggest thank you for the help with the following situation. On the way back we forgot our backpack on the train. It was already evening, the next morning we had a plane to Russia. In the backpack were all credit cards, all cash and all the passports. Thanks to Maria we got the backpack and flew home safely on our flight.Thank you very much for your work!

I had a mitral valve surgery in November 2019 at the Heart Center in Leipzig. The operation was a success. Service was excellent. I was met by car. The interpreter was good. The room is big and comfortable. The doctors are very good. Special thanks to the nurses on duty. I liked it. The amount of the risk was repaid on time. In September 2019 my little girl was operated on at the Helios Clinic in Erfurt.We applied to many clinics in many countries, nobody wanted to operate on our child, arguing that the child has many serious comorbidities. Only Helios clinic in Germany reacted positively. Our daughter was successfully operated on by a team of highly skilled professionals under the guidance and direct participation of Professor Dr. Rüdiger Gerlach. The clinic was of the highest medical level and professionalism.Highest possible standards of comfort and care have been reached at the clinic. Good nutrition and a homely warm attitude of the staff are the norm at the clinic.A special thank you to our coordinators!They made our trip as stress-free as possible.Andre Saling dealt quickly and professionally with the documents and all the other organizational things. He solved all my questions and requests related to documents at lightning speed.Maria Shlykova was our travel coordinator. It is very important.Our interpreter Leonid Shkolnikov is a very kind person, who was always ready to come to the clinic on time and stayed there as long as we needed. Thank you all for your active participation!In spring 2020, we are preparing our daughter for her second surgery at the same clinic, a spinal reconstruction surgery.
