I have a double impression of how the services were provided to me. On the one hand the qualification of the specialists in the clinic is above all praise, they corrected my diagnosis, prescribed medications and helped me very quickly. I had been suffering for a year before. Gastroscopy was better than in Israel and South Korea. On the other hand, in a separate center where they did a checkup we didn't get an ECG alone, though they promised in the documents, and have been translating the results and recommendations for 3 months. The last time I was told they gave it to me for transfer in January. Still no results. Although I repeat, all this was promised. So, I can definitely recommend clinics near Berlin, they are top-notch professionals, but I wouldn't recommend doing a checkup, at least I won't do it again.

I would like to thank DMU staff for the excellent organization of my treatment in Germany at Helios Berlin-Buch. Everything was at a high professional level - selection of a doctor for my profile, all organizational issues, interpreter services and transfers. In April 2021, in a difficult time of pandemics, coronovirus and lockdowns, I needed a knee replacement surgery for my indications. By chance I turned to Deutsche Medizinische Union to organize my trip and I have not regretted a single second. First, in the shortest time, a specialist Maria (unfortunately I do not know the names of all the people with whom I was fortunate enough to talk during this period) gave me options of hospitals in Germany, helped me prepare documents, choose the final option of the clinic (I later realized that in my situation it was the best decision) and to prepare all documents for the trip. The rest of the time throughout the trip I was advised, accompanied and helped me in solving all questions Samir. For him I have separate words of gratitude. Even though we (unfortunately) had not met face to face, I always felt that I could solve any problems with his help. I will just say that when in the process of my travel to the clinic a very difficult situation arose that could either greatly delay the main task, or cancel it altogether, Samir did not remain indifferent to the situation, acted as a true professional, found probably the only right solution in this situation, which made it possible for me to get to surgery on time. A special thanks to the translator Boris for his professionalism as an interpreter, and not indifferent to my individual requests and help to solve them. My son is 2 years old and we were having problems with diagnosis in Russia. I found a web-site of Deutsche Medizinische Union on the Internet, left an order and they called me back. I was operated on at Helios Clinic in Krefeld with a diagnosis of grade 3 hemorrhoids. The operation was successful (without excision, with fixation of the hemorrhoids to the intestinal wall). On the third day I was discharged from the hospital. The patient went to work after 6 days. During the first 3 weeks I had discomfort after a visit to the toilet. It is bearable. From personal experience: I recommend you to take OptiFibre from Nestle (also Germany) in addition to the diet.
