I was in the Helios Privatkliniken for the removal of a tumour on my kidney. The surgery was performed by Professor Mark Schrader, everything went well, for which I express my gratitude to him and his assistants during the surgery. I would like to say a special thank you to my interpreter Vitaly who was always there to help me during the surgery.The clinic has all conditions for successful treatment and rehabilitation, attentive staff, comfortable environment, large café on the ground floor.

My son is 2 years old and we were having problems with diagnosis in Russia. I found a web-site of Deutsche Medizinische Union on the Internet, left an order and they called me back. Of course we had many doubts because we had contacted strangers through the Internet and were afraid of possible dishonesty, but everything was perfect.We were accompanied by Samir, always in touch and ready to help at any time with any of my questions and problems he solved at once, we made MRI, sonography, diagnosed our baby, we are very grateful to Deutsche Medizinische Union, thank God for that, diagnosis was made in time, if we had searched in Russia we would have lost time and treatment would not have helped so much.

At the beginning of December, we had a detailed chek up in Berlin with the help of the DMU. The initial plan was to undergo all medical procedures in October, but due to the fact that the patients were from Dushanbe (Tajikistan), there were difficulties in obtaining a German visa. As a result, the plan and schedule of medical examinations were changed several times, medical documents and invitations had to be reworked. Thanks to the support of DMU (Maria Shlykova was very grateful) the embassy accepted all the documents and the German visa was issued.In Germany, everything went smoothly, all examinations were held on schedule. We used an interpreter kindly provided by DMU to communicate with German doctors (for a fee).All in all very satisfied!!!

I was operated on at Helios Clinic in Krefeld with a diagnosis of grade 3 hemorrhoids. The operation was successful (without excision, with fixation of the hemorrhoids to the intestinal wall). On the third day I was discharged from the hospital. The patient went to work after 6 days. During the first 3 weeks I had discomfort after a visit to the toilet. It is bearable. From personal experience: I recommend you to take OptiFibre from Nestle (also Germany) in addition to the diet. In August 2020, my husband was treated at Helios Clinic in Germany.Thank you very much to the staff of DMU who accompanied our trip and processed all the documents. High professionalism of the staff of this organization allowed us to get a medical visa at the consulate of Germany within one hour!We would like to say a special thank you to Samir, who was in touch with us 24 hours a day, advised us on all issues, and promptly resolved all the difficulties!We are very happy with our treatment at Helios and DMU support!!!

I would like to thank DMU employees Maria and Anton.We arranged the initial appointment very quickly. I was very quick, because I was already in urgent need of surgical intervention. I already had a Schengen visa.We had an interpreter at the clinic provided by DMU. He obviously had worked there before, and he knew very well what to do and where to go. Without his help the process of getting the patient to the hospital would have been much longer.We thank our Doctor Prof. Michael Friedrich and his doctor Jörg Stunneck. They solved the problem that the doctors in Russia did not know what to do with. Their treatment was top-notch; they watched us regularly several times a day and even on weekends.After we received the discharge from the clinic, DMU employees translated the document into Russian very quickly.And the biggest thank you for the help with the following situation. On the way back we forgot our backpack on the train. It was already evening, the next morning we had a plane to Russia. In the backpack were all credit cards, all cash and all the passports. Thanks to Maria we got the backpack and flew home safely on our flight.Thank you very much for your work!

I would like to thank all the employees of the Deutsche Medizinische Union for their help and support in arranging my treatment at the Helios Caecilien-Hospital Huels. In August 2019, I underwent two hip replacement surgeries, which went as perfectly as possible, in addition to a two-week rehabilitation course at the same clinic. I would like to mention the professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness of all the staff at the hospital.
