Medical visas

Rules for entering the country

You must present either a PCR test (not older than 72 hours) or an antigen test (not older than 24 hours). A paid PCR test at the airport, insurance and a completed declaration are also mandatory.

Good afternoon, my wife was treated in Helios Berlin-Buch clinic with the help of Deutsche Medizinische Union, there was a great support from DMU, especially André Sales and Anastasia Kurpakova. Thank you very much for the organization of treatment and excellent attitude to us. Even after discharge from the clinic and returning home, Andre and Anastasia are always there to help us with any questions that we have. We flew to Krefeld to do arthroscopy with cartilage repair for a hip joint that had been injured in an accident. Everything is of the highest standard, the staff is polite and courteous. Nutrition in the hospital, of course, is not good for athletes, but in general - they will not let you die of hunger. However, you should take into account that this is Germany (salt, sausage and everything). And yes, there was a hitch when placing in a room as a guest companion. After paying at the front desk for everything I needed (including meals), I got one fizaline and one hard-boiled egg for breakfast for three days. 😂😂😂😂 Anyway, someone didn't follow through and get me into the program. As a result, the kind-hearted staff fed me whatever they could during the day, for which I thank them very much. A lot of Russian speaking and understanding English, so even an interpreter was not really needed, as it turned out.

I contacted DMU regarding the selection of a clinic for examination and treatment. My impressions of the services rendered by the company and communication with its representatives were very positive. I was offered treatment at Helios Clinic, Berlin. Examinations and surgeries were performed at the highest level and the environment was excellent. Special thanks to Prof. Mark Schrader, who performed the operation. I was accompanied by our representative Vitaly during my stay in Berlin. I am very grateful to him for his help and exceptional attention to my requests and wishes. All services were rendered professionally, accurately, without any delays. I recommend DMU for cooperation.

I would like to thank DMU staff for the excellent organization of my treatment in Germany at Helios Berlin-Buch. Everything was at a high professional level - selection of a doctor for my profile, all organizational issues, interpreter services and transfers. Thank you to Prof. Dr. Per-ulph Tunn for the excellent heart surgery. I had a successful follow up treatment at the Department of Radiation Oncology with Prof. Robert Krempin. DMU also arranged for me to come for a follow-up visit with all the necessary examinations. I thank the coordinator Maria for her excellent work and attention. A huge thank you to the interpreter Alena Tkach for her professionalism and sensitivity to their wards. I plan to have other medical examinations with help of DMU. I would like to thank all the staff in the Cardiac Rhythm Recovery Unit of the Hospital Leipzig for their sensitive and attentive attitude and promptness in solving all problems. On 25 February my husband underwent radiofrequency ablation to restore heart rhythm. He is recovering now and is slowly coming back to an active life. Doctor Sergio Richter who performed the surgery and the head of the clinic Sergey Leontev visited our hospital room after the surgery and explained to us how the surgery was, and what steps to take for further recovery. Special thanks to the coordinator of Deutsche Medizinische Union Nuraltdin who helped us to organize trip and make AHF treatment (it could not have been done any later because of epidemiologic situation), was always in touch with us and is following up his treatment now, interpreter Larisa, medical nurse Tamara. Feedback on Helios Kreifeld Düsseldorf.I had an exostosis on my hip joint removed. Everything went according to the pre-planned schedule.This was helped by a well prepared work by myself and the International department in Dr. Nuraldin and the logistics office.The surgery itself was good (I had two exostoses removed one quite large 9 by 4 cm) and now after 20 days, I feel fully recovered. However, I am sticking to the recommendation not to play sports.A very special thank you to Dr. Kraft for a well done surgery!By the way, the surgery was priced at $23,000 in Israel, which is double the price of Helios.

The girls work very well. When our daughter (3.5 years old) needed heart surgery and couldn't get to a hospital we called anywhere we could. As a result we got to DMU. Registration on the website, short description of the problem and we got a call from the best clinics in Germany. There is no point in describing the situation for a long time, they are very precise, the offers are worthy and there is a lot to choose from. We decided to undergo treatment in Leipzig and we did not regret one bit. Overall, I can highly recommend! Thank you for everything!
