I contacted DMU regarding the selection of a clinic for examination and treatment. My impressions of the services rendered by the company and communication with its representatives were very positive. I was offered treatment at Helios Clinic, Berlin. Examinations and surgeries were performed at the highest level and the environment was excellent. Special thanks to Prof. Mark Schrader, who performed the operation. I was accompanied by our representative Vitaly during my stay in Berlin. I am very grateful to him for his help and exceptional attention to my requests and wishes. All services were rendered professionally, accurately, without any delays. I recommend DMU for cooperation.

I would like to thank all the employees of the Deutsche Medizinische Union for their help and support in arranging my treatment at the Helios Caecilien-Hospital Huels. In August 2019, I underwent two hip replacement surgeries, which went as perfectly as possible, in addition to a two-week rehabilitation course at the same clinic. I would like to mention the professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness of all the staff at the hospital. I would like to thank DMU staff for the excellent organization of my treatment in Germany at Helios Berlin-Buch. Everything was at a high professional level - selection of a doctor for my profile, all organizational issues, interpreter services and transfers. Thank you to Prof. Dr. Per-ulph Tunn for the excellent heart surgery. I had a successful follow up treatment at the Department of Radiation Oncology with Prof. Robert Krempin. DMU also arranged for me to come for a follow-up visit with all the necessary examinations. I thank the coordinator Maria for her excellent work and attention. A huge thank you to the interpreter Alena Tkach for her professionalism and sensitivity to their wards. I plan to have other medical examinations with help of DMU. In August 2020, my husband was treated at Helios Clinic in Germany.Thank you very much to the staff of DMU who accompanied our trip and processed all the documents. High professionalism of the staff of this organization allowed us to get a medical visa at the consulate of Germany within one hour!We would like to say a special thank you to Samir, who was in touch with us 24 hours a day, advised us on all issues, and promptly resolved all the difficulties!We are very happy with our treatment at Helios and DMU support!!!

Our cooperation with Deutsche Medizinische Union was accidental and at first it was difficult to trust, but we had to because of the child's cancer. The medical specialist Michael recommended Helios Clinic in Berlin and we were treated there. We were always in touch with the logistics specialist Pauline who helped us to solve all our questions during and after treatment. We were especially surprised when Pauline told us that we still had an overpayment after our treatment and the clinic wants to return it, and we did get that overpayment.I would like to thank Polina and Elena Tkach who helped us in the clinic to find a common language with German doctors.Thanks to everyone who helped us. I am glad there is such an organization and such caring people!

As always, trouble comes suddenly! I started to lose my eyesight suddenly. There was a question how to get to Germany for treatment, how much it will cost, how to get a visa quickly? After some monitoring on the Internet, found phone numbers that offer help, but I was afraid, standing on the stakes were health, and even life, as pressure in the eye could lead to irreparable consequences. We read about the INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CENTER and decided to trust them. The trip to our clinic was quick as we stayed with a friend and the accompanying person and the ambulance was taken very quickly. The manager was in constant contact with us and we were given a very good time. The treatment had a long duration but we had to travel once again and the manager helped to arrange everything.I AM VERY GRATEFUL THAT THERE IS SUCH AN ORGANIZATION,

I'm glad I found this clinic, I found a doctor here who will help me make big changes in my life, there is a practice here that I haven't seen in my country, I trust and recommend it to other people.

We were contacted by doctors in Düsseldorf who referred us to the Fertility Center Berlin for a consultation.The attitude of the nursing staff, the service and the consultation with Prof. Kentenich were excellent. After the tests and examinations he answered the questions that we had missed for a year.We were prescribed medication that should increase fertility. Even though it is too early to talk about the results, I would like to express my gratitude for his professionalism.
