It would have been difficult for me to find the right clinic on my own.The answers to my inquiries were quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone I know.

On November 26, I underwent surgery for spinal stenosis at Helios in Krefeld. The choice of DMU and the clinic was not a coincidence: my choice was also determined by the successful operation of an acquaintance. It was also the promptness of DMU, discussions with the coordinating physician, and the absence of advertising that determined my choice. The trip was well-organized: I got an invitation and an interpreter at the clinic who helped me in the most difficult first day. The clinic is very good, friendly staff, highly professional doctors. After the operation the parasthesias and pains that had been bothering me for several years have disappeared. I have been living and walking without pain for about three months now. I am very grateful to my doctors for that. It was not very convenient for me when doctors came to visit me regardless of the time for which they had agreed on an interpreter. But there are no pains, and I am very grateful to all of them, both the DMU and the doctors.

I would like to thank all the employees of the Deutsche Medizinische Union for their help and support in arranging my treatment at the Helios Caecilien-Hospital Huels. In August 2019, I underwent two hip replacement surgeries, which went as perfectly as possible, in addition to a two-week rehabilitation course at the same clinic. The visit to the clinic was due to an operation to remove thyroid cancer, a man of 63 years. We thank doctor Martin Shtrik and the entire team, the timing of the operation was in accordance with the agreement, the team works smoothly and clearly. The attitude to the patients of all department staff and the clinic is very friendly and caring. The entire process was organized by Mikhail, Maria and Oleg. Marina has been very helpful: she translates synchronously, quickly, does not miss a thing when translated, knows all the special terms, quickly resolving issues with staff. We are not used to the absence of one attending doctor, daily rounds do another doctor. Thank you all for the surgery.

I am delighted with the team of organizers and treatment.Third stage carcinoma of the thyroid gland.... during the epidemic and closed borders in spring 2020- it is hard to be healthy.... and with cancer all the more..I was not allowed to leave the country for treatment. What Samir and Leonid did - impossible.They organized a plane both to Germany and back, to Ukraine....The treatment is excellent.... in Israel there is a rush around and chaos...in Israel I had a surgery to remove the thyroid gland. In Berlin I had radioiodine therapy...I am thrilled. everything is clear... I understand why the German economy is so strong. The system! You have a system in everything. I love you guys, recommend everyone I know. may God bless you ... When I remember the horror that I had to go through: a diagnosis, do not understand what next??? fear of death.... and you are such a calm and supportive, you can not imagine how you their support and male confidence that you know everything and organize everything ....HUMANLY....
