Thank you to all the staff at the hospital for the examinations and treatment, all the examinations and surgeries were quick and efficient and a lot of thanks to Dr. Michael Bartels and Dr. Tatjana Hindensperger. The hospital had a very comfortable environment and good nutrition.I would also like to mention a very good work of the logistic team. Maria Shlykova dealt with all the organizational matters quickly and efficiently. I would like to thank her for the constant contact and attention she has always shown.

Our cooperation with Deutsche Medizinische Union was accidental and at first it was difficult to trust, but we had to because of the child's cancer. The medical specialist Michael recommended Helios Clinic in Berlin and we were treated there. We were always in touch with the logistics specialist Pauline who helped us to solve all our questions during and after treatment. We were especially surprised when Pauline told us that we still had an overpayment after our treatment and the clinic wants to return it, and we did get that overpayment.I would like to thank Polina and Elena Tkach who helped us in the clinic to find a common language with German doctors.Thanks to everyone who helped us. I am glad there is such an organization and such caring people!

In winter 2018, I decided to have arrhythmia treatment in Germany. Kirill Kalistratov supervised the organization of the trip. With his help, I was selected the best clinic in the city of Leipzig. In April 2019, I was operated in Helios clinic. I rate the organization of the trip and the treatment as excellent. My worries were in vain. Wonderful clinic, great helpful doctors and nurses. We also had a very good diet and excellent care. Thank you very much to the cardiac surgeon S. Richter and Prof. S. Leontjev.

On November 26, I underwent surgery for spinal stenosis at Helios in Krefeld. The choice of DMU and the clinic was not a coincidence: my choice was also determined by the successful operation of an acquaintance. It was also the promptness of DMU, discussions with the coordinating physician, and the absence of advertising that determined my choice. The trip was well-organized: I got an invitation and an interpreter at the clinic who helped me in the most difficult first day. The clinic is very good, friendly staff, highly professional doctors. After the operation the parasthesias and pains that had been bothering me for several years have disappeared. I have been living and walking without pain for about three months now. I am very grateful to my doctors for that. It was not very convenient for me when doctors came to visit me regardless of the time for which they had agreed on an interpreter. But there are no pains, and I am very grateful to all of them, both the DMU and the doctors.

In August 2020, my husband was treated at Helios Clinic in Germany.Thank you very much to the staff of DMU who accompanied our trip and processed all the documents. High professionalism of the staff of this organization allowed us to get a medical visa at the consulate of Germany within one hour!We would like to say a special thank you to Samir, who was in touch with us 24 hours a day, advised us on all issues, and promptly resolved all the difficulties!We are very happy with our treatment at Helios and DMU support!!!

I was operated on at Helios Clinic in Krefeld with a diagnosis of grade 3 hemorrhoids. The operation was successful (without excision, with fixation of the hemorrhoids to the intestinal wall). On the third day I was discharged from the hospital. The patient went to work after 6 days. During the first 3 weeks I had discomfort after a visit to the toilet. It is bearable. From personal experience: I recommend you to take OptiFibre from Nestle (also Germany) in addition to the diet. I would like to thank DMU staff for the excellent organization of my treatment in Germany at Helios Berlin-Buch. Everything was at a high professional level - selection of a doctor for my profile, all organizational issues, interpreter services and transfers. Thank you to Prof. Dr. Per-ulph Tunn for the excellent heart surgery. I had a successful follow up treatment at the Department of Radiation Oncology with Prof. Robert Krempin.
