I was pleased with Deutsche Medizinische Union: they responded quickly to my application (in contrast to the other two companies I had sent applications to at the same time), offered me the Helios clinic in Kreffeld, which I was very satisfied with, and promptly agreed on treatment dates. The communication with the clinic was very good and very informative.The facilities are very good. The staff are friendly and smiling. My English is poor and I don't speak German at all. My English was enough for everyday communication, but in the evening when the surgeon came to talk about the operation, he called the Russian-speaking nurse to improve communication.About the treatment: I had a knee arthroscopy for a meniscus rupture. Suffice it to say one thing about the treatment: I walked around Dusseldorf 3 days after the surgery and had a "light" shopping trip, and on the fourth day I had a six-hour flight.I would like to mention particularly the work of anaesthesiologists. The anesthesia was excellent. It was like I fell asleep for 5 minutes and then woke up without any discomfort (the surgery lasted over an hour). In general the organisation of work is very different from that in Russia for the better.Now half a year has passed after the surgery and my knee is as good as new.

Through this agency I was able to find a clinic with a high level of service and, most importantly, where they seem to know how to solve our problem. It would have been difficult for me to find the right clinic on my own.The answers to my inquiries were quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone I know.

I am delighted with the team of organizers and treatment.Third stage carcinoma of the thyroid gland.... during the epidemic and closed borders in spring 2020- it is hard to be healthy.... and with cancer all the more..I was not allowed to leave the country for treatment. What Samir and Leonid did - impossible.They organized a plane both to Germany and back, to Ukraine....The treatment is excellent.... in Israel there is a rush around and chaos...in Israel I had a surgery to remove the thyroid gland. In Berlin I had radioiodine therapy...I am thrilled. everything is clear... I understand why the German economy is so strong. The system! You have a system in everything. I love you guys, recommend everyone I know. may God bless you ... Our cooperation with Deutsche Medizinische Union was accidental and at first it was difficult to trust, but we had to because of the child's cancer. The medical specialist Michael recommended Helios Clinic in Berlin and we were treated there. We were always in touch with the logistics specialist Pauline who helped us to solve all our questions during and after treatment. We were especially surprised when Pauline told us that we still had an overpayment after our treatment and the clinic wants to return it, and we did get that overpayment.I would like to thank Polina and Elena Tkach who helped us in the clinic to find a common language with German doctors.Thanks to everyone who helped us. I am glad there is such an organization and such caring people!

I had a mitral valve surgery in November 2019 at the Heart Center in Leipzig. The operation was a success. Service was excellent. I was met by car. The interpreter was good. The room is big and comfortable. The doctors are very good. Special thanks to the nurses on duty. I liked it. The amount of the risk was repaid on time. In September 2019 my little girl was operated on at the Helios Clinic in Erfurt.We applied to many clinics in many countries, nobody wanted to operate on our child, arguing that the child has many serious comorbidities. Only Helios clinic in Germany reacted positively. Our daughter was successfully operated on by a team of highly skilled professionals under the guidance and direct participation of Professor Dr. Rüdiger Gerlach. The clinic was of the highest medical level and professionalism.Highest possible standards of comfort and care have been reached at the clinic. Feedback on our story of a successful neurosurgical removal of an orbital tumour at Helios ClinicWe express our deepest gratitude to everyone who helped our little son: DMU staff (Andre Saling, who deeply felt the problem, spent hours on the phone with me, discussing, evaluating, persuading to overcome my fears), the translator in Germany (Marina Gusina, great medical translation, full understanding, help in the clinic on different issues as they were), and most importantly, our doctor from God, neurosurgeon Professor R. The most important thing is to our doctor from God, neurosurgeon Prof.R.Bshorer!Exactly the only one in the world who was not afraid of performing the surgery on the tumour on our two year old son, because it was right next to the nerve! The operation was much more difficult, longer, but still it is hard to believe - everything was done perfectly! Just jewelry work by a master of his craft and a real generous person!!!Many highly skilled doctors in Russia convinced us that such surgery was impossible; we also applied to other clinics in Germany, Israel, Spain, Switzerland and the USA. All of them suggested to leave the tumour, which was already 2 cm, without any certainty of its benignity, and just to watch. It was difficult to believe in and decide on the surgery at Helios Clinic of Professor Bshorer. That is why we went to see him first and our first visit was very well organized and he was very open, honest and really wanted to help.He is still in touch with us, answering all questions and providing support.
