The visit to the clinic was due to an operation to remove thyroid cancer, a man of 63 years. We thank doctor Martin Shtrik and the entire team, the timing of the operation was in accordance with the agreement, the team works smoothly and clearly. The attitude to the patients of all department staff and the clinic is very friendly and caring. The entire process was organized by Mikhail, Maria and Oleg. Marina has been very helpful: she translates synchronously, quickly, does not miss a thing when translated, knows all the special terms, quickly resolving issues with staff. I had a hip replacement at Helios Huls. The surgery was performed by Prof. Kraft, very professional, the pain was minimal, and the prosthesis was the best in the class. I walked on my legs the same evening, and since the next day I walked on crutches, and in 4-5 days I did without crutches. The doctors are excellent, the care is good, wards and the hospital looks more like a hotel/sanatorium - everything is very comfortable and beautiful. Food is also at a high level, the menu is varied, but as for me, a lot of bread. Rehabilitation was very good, we worked with all muscle groups according to individual programme. The groups are not large, there are individual sessions, which is very comfortable. The only problem was the language barrier, not all of the staff understood English, and there were some misunderstandings. I got fast and good support from Bukimed and DMU.
